PCCHA BY-LAWS RULE CHANGE PROPOSAL
Proposed during the PCCHA General Membership Meeting on August 3rd in Reno, Nevada
Will go towards a vote at the General Membership Meeting during the
PCCHA Holy Cow Performance Horses Futurity in October - Date and Time TBD
Beginning with the 2019 cutting year, eligibility for PCCHA Top Ten Awards in classes with earnings limits on Amateur and Non Pro Riders shall be based strictly on published NCHA gross earnings eligibility at the start of the cutting year. There shall be NO exceptions or adjustments under nay NCHA age or "revolving door" policies.
A) The foregoing restriction shall only apply to PCCHA Top Ten Year End Awards eligibility and shall not bar any rider eligible under the age or revolving door policies from entering or receiving prizes in classes with earnings limits on Amateur or Non Pro riders.
B) The foregoing shall apply to the December Redwood Cutting Horse Assn. show which is held in advance of the start of the NCHA cutting year.
