PCCHA Youth Scholarships awarded to 1st-4th in both Juniors and Seniors. Top 3 will automatically qualify for the "Best of the West" Youth Invitational during PCCHA's Futurity in the Fall. 4th place will be an alternate. Youth must be current PCCHA members to qualify.
